Anna is a grants professional with 14 years of experience partnering with nonprofits across the United States, SWANA, and West Africa. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Louisville and a PhD in Politics and International Studies from SOAS University of London.

Her grants and nonprofit administration experience spans higher education, freedom of expression and media rights, community organizing, and think tank research. As an academic researcher, she brings something genuinely uncommon to grants consulting: the ability to design and conduct evaluations rather than merely promise one in the narrative.

That combination shapes everything AK & Co builds. Proposals are written with the measurement plan designed in from the start. Reviews are conducted the way funders' reviewers actually read.
